Intensive full-body workout for a better, stronger more flexible body using Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Still Trapeze, and other aerial equipment for a totally fun and different kind of training. A Circus Circuit training environment with a totally different flair!

FLEXIBILITY CLASS

WEDNESDAYS 7:30-9pm  @ Theatre Space

This 90 minute stretch class is geared toward those who want to further their stretching practice, work on specific stretching goals, discover new capabilities, and for those of you whose bodies are able, you will advance your contortion education.  Nichoel Ann will guide you in your stretches using techniques such as dynamic stretching, static stretching, breath, and visualization.  Release and find new ways to enhance your flexibility.

ACRO DANCE PARTNER  WORKSHOP

Acrobatic Dance is the fusion of classical dance techniques with the athleticism and grace of acrobatic elements. AcroDance has resurfaced as one of the most popular styles of movement and can be seen in Cirque du Soleil productions, and on main stream shows such as “World of Dance” and “So You Think You Can Dance”. In this workshop, you will condition in balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering by challenging your flexibility and strength. You will also learn how to safely dance on and off of the floor and will create a brief AcroDance routine. This workshop will be led by dancer and yogi, Tamara Teragawa. She is certified by the internationally recognized program, Acrobatic Arts and has been teaching AcroDance since 2016. She is going on her third year as a company member with DIAVOLO: Architecture in Motion, an Los Angeles-based dance company known for their precision and breathtaking performances that perfectly combine beauty with strength.

LIQUID MOTION

See what the fun is all about:  Liquid Motion is an international craze that combines dance fitness, dance conditioning, & sensual movement. Inspired by pole dancers, practiced by all.  

No experience necessary.

Taught by Victoria,  our wonderful certified Aerial Yoga instructor who also has her Pilates Mat certification as well as the Liquid Motion certification.
