Pilates was created out of a physical-therapy base, but also used for military training and by ballet companies. It is fantastic for pre-surgery clients to help your surgery be more successful, as well as help your body heal more quickly.  You don't have to be at any particular fitness level to begin Pilates, you just have to come in.

PILATES MAT CLASSES

All levels and ages can get a great full-body workout, with intensive focus on Core 

muscles. We begin with 30 minutes of isolated ab exercises, and continue on to 

strengthen, align, and stretch your body using therabands, balls and props. You 

will work hard and feel great afterward!  Whether you already work out or not, 

you will be constantly challenged by these intense but simple exercises.  No matter 

how strong you are, you can always work deeper in Pilates.  Improves your abs like 

no other exercise can.  A great way to improve your performance in all athletics!

PILATES PRIVATES

AVAILABLE FOR ALL ABILITIES 

Roll up in your wheelchair, walk up in your walker or cane, you can do Pilates!

 

Our Pilates clients keep coming back, some of them for 12 years!  Pilates is never boring at this studio, we keep you challenged year after year!

Most people attend twice a week, but you can attend as many times a week as you like, we will always do something different.  Pilates is never boring because we always do something different!

Saturday 9:30am Intermediate
$20 drop-in
$85/five, $160/ten
